Update 2 – Missing man, Cleveland

Update – Saturday March 20 at 5pm

A land search continues in the Cleveland area for a man who went missing in the Cleveland area yesterday afternoon. (Friday 19 March)

Police, SES and volunteers have continued searching through the day, including police on foot, in vehicles and using the police helicopter.

Police are requesting residents to check sheds, yards, backyards and in, under and around under boats, cars and trailers.

Officers will continue to search into the night, with another major ground search recommencing at first light tomorrow morning. Search crews have released a map of search locations and are asking members of the public to be vigilant and report any sighting of the man to police immediately.
